Enrollment and Re-Enrollment

New Students: (Registration Begins Monday April 29, 2024)

Thank you for your interest in College Park Elementary School. Registration for new students begins on Monday April 29, 2024. At that time you will have two options to register:

1. Download the following enrollment packet, complete all forms, scan, and return them to office@cpes.ca with copies of the additional required documents: Passport/Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Health  Card, most recent report card (if applicable), most recent IEP (if applicable). Send required registration fee ($200 on or before May 27; $250 May 28 or later).

1.  Use our online registration portal. Link will be live and up on this page on Monday April 29. Ensure that all required documents are uploaded to the portal (same as listed above).  Send required registration fee ($200 on or before May 27; $250 May 28 or later).

Returning Students: (Re-registration Now OPEN)

We are so pleased that you have decided to entrust your child(ren) to our care for another school year. Please click on the link provided below or copy and paste the link into your browser to complete a Google Form that will allow you to declare your intent to re-register your child and reserve their spot for the 2024-2025 school year:

To avail yourself of the early bird discount and reserve your spot kindly, re-enroll and send you registration fee on or before the deadline (April 26, 2024).

Tuition Information (2024-2025)

*For New Students Early Bird Discount Rates are as follows:

• Registration Fee: $200 if submitted on or before May 27, 2024
• Registration Fee: $250 if submitted May 28, 2024 or later.
• Registration Fee must be submitted before applications will be considered.
• Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Online Banking:

Parents can log into their bank and choose College Park Elementary School as a payee and pay the school. To set-up College Park Elementary School as a payee, it will ask for parent account number.  You will find it on the College Park Elementary School statement right under your name.

Online Payments:

The following payment methods are available in order of the preferred method. Please select one of the first two options in order to assist us in preventing cross-contamination.  Download CPES Payment Options here. 
 

1. Online via your online banking application (Preferred)

From your online banking, choose College Park Elementary School as a payee. Enter your account number (found on your CPES statement just below your name).

Parent Note: When making a payment online for items other than tuition, please email (office@cpes.ca) to inform us that a payment was made, the amount and the reason.
