Enrollment and Re-Enrollment

New Student Registration Begins Monday April 28, 2025

Thank you for your interest in College Park Elementary School. Registration for new students begins on Monday April 28, 2025. At that time you will have two options to register:

  1. Use our online registration  by clicking here or using the QR code below.  Also, ensure that all required documents are uploaded to the portal: Passport/Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Health Card, copy of most recent report card - if applicable, copy of most recent IEP - if applicable.  Send required registration fee ($200 on or before May 30; $250 May 31 or later).

          

Returning Students: (Re-registration Now OPEN)

We are so pleased that you have decided to entrust your child(ren) to our care for another school year. For all returning students, please use the snap code link sent directly to your email on April 1, 2025. Should you require a new snap code, please contact Mrs. John (office@cpes.ca and/or 905-723-0163).

If you are enrolling a younger sunior or senior kindergarten aged sibling, please use the QR code provided below:

 

 

To avail yourself of the early bird discount and reserve your spot kindly, re-enroll and send you registration fee on or before the deadline (April 25, 2025).

Tuition Information (2025-2026)

*For New Students Early Bird Discount Rates are as follows:

  • Registration Fee: $200 if submitted on or before May 30, 2025
  • Registration Fee: $250 if submitted May 31, 2025 or later.
  • Registration Fee must be submitted before applications will be considered.
  • Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Online Banking:

Parents can log into their bank and choose College Park Elementary School as a payee and pay the school. To set-up College Park Elementary School as a payee, it will ask for parent account number.  You will find it on the College Park Elementary School statement right under your name.

Online Payments:

The following payment methods are available in order of the preferred method. Please select one of the first two options in order to assist us in preventing cross-contamination.  Download CPES Payment Options here. 
 

1. Online via your online banking application (Preferred)

From your online banking, choose College Park Elementary School as a payee. Enter your account number (found on your CPES statement just below your name).

Parent Note: When making a payment online for items other than tuition, please email (office@cpes.ca) to inform us that a payment was made, the amount and the reason.
